In founding this company, each executive combined their wealth of business, technical, legal and leadership experience to offer a new type of consulting organization. From its first day of operation, Symphony has redefined customer satisfaction by successfully delivering on time implementation and providing specialized help from our consultants at every stage.

Kellie Fitzpatrick

Chief Operating Officer / Co-founder

Kellie Fitzpatrick co-founded Symphony Management Consulting in 2002. Kellie offers a wide range of hands-on experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in Employee transaction management, health and welfare benefits, employee personnel development and payroll practices.

This knowledge has strengthened her commitment to making sure that all of her client’s employees get honest answers and solutions that they can understand, no matter what level of experience they may have with HR technology and procedure.

Drawing on years of providing SAP HR consulting solutions from companies ranging from 200 to 35,000 employees, Kellie is a veteran at customizing the perfect approach for clients of all sizes. She offers a diverse range of experience in all facets of HR work, from being a client end-user, configuration specialist and team lead, to being a project manager, and business analyst. She has been recognized within the industry as a member of Tech Target’s “Ask the Experts,” and as a popular public speaker for organizations such as America’s SAP User’s Group (ASUG) and also SAP Insider’s annual HR conference. Kellie excels in teaching businesses how to go beyond understanding system components and software to conquer all of the day to day requirements of a HR department.

Jill Hatton

Executive Vice-President / Co-Founder

Company co-founder Jill Hatton also possesses expertise in all facets of an HR implementation, from being business analyst and configuration specialist to acting as project manager.

Jill specializes in analyzing your requirements as a client and then working one-on-one with your employees to provide expert consulting support. She possesses a unique ability to make every client and employee she works with feel comfortable and integral to the process.

Jill combines these skills with extensive experience in implementing SAP Human Resources for both public and private sectors. She brings to each assignment a unique blend of visionary leadership and high-level, hands-on technical expertise with a background in all facets of the SAP HR software. Integral in analyzing and implementing SAP HR for global public and private sector organizations ranging from 400 employees to over 1 million employees, Jill is comfortable working with any size of organization or HR department. Clients also get the extra benefit from Jill’s combination of legal training and Human Resources experience, allowing her a unique ability to guide clients through the confusing maze of legal requirements and procedures.
